Refund policy

Return Policy applies to ALL orders, EXCEPT Custom orders. 

We offer a 30-days Return Policy that starts from the date your order is received. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned orders. Any shipping costs are not refundable. Returns must be delivered back to us in good condition, meaning the products are undamaged and unaltered. Damaged items are not refundable. But if you do receive an item that is different than what you ordered or receive a broken piece, we will make it right and ship out the correct/replacement items and provide a return label for you with no restocking fee. If you have any other problems with your order be sure to contact us and we will do our very best to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.

While we are delighted to accommodate custom orders tailored to your unique preferences, our policy unfortunately does not allow for returns or exchanges on such personalized items. Each custom order is crafted with precision and care to meet your specific requirements, making it distinct and one-of-a-kind.

This policy is in place because custom-made products are designed exclusively for you and, as a result, cannot be readily resold or returned to inventory. We want to ensure that every aspect of your custom order meets or exceeds your expectations, and we encourage clear communication during the customization process to address any concerns upfront.
