At Bingltd, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping times, and delivery expectations.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed and shipped within two (2) business days after payment is received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Customers who require urgent delivery should contact our team directly before or immediately after placing an order.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Customers can use the tracking number to monitor shipment progress directly through the carrier's website.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated based on:

Package dimensions
Delivery destination
Selected shipping service
Applicable shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Bingltd is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping expenses resulting from:
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers
- Invalid contact information
- If an order is returned due to an address issue provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
DELIVERY DELAYS
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

- Peak holiday seasons
- Customs clearance procedures
- Events beyond our reasonable control
- Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- Photos of the shipping label
Upon verification, Bingltd may provide a replacement product or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
Lost in Transit: If tracking information indicates that a shipment is lost before reaching its destination, please get in touch with us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Stolen After Delivery: Bingltd is not responsible for packages that are stolen or go missing after the carrier marks the shipment as "Delivered." We highly recommend shipping to a secure location or closely monitoring tracking updates.
