Returns and Cancellation Policy
Bingltd.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All our products are returnable within 30 days of receipt of the products with a Return Authorization. We will not give credit for returned orders that do not have a return authorization. You cannot return an unfinished leg that you have stained.
Initial shipping fees as well as return shipping costs are not refundable. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned orders. In order to receive credit for your return all returned products must be in resalable condition. Please repack your order to protect from damage. Damaged items are not refundable.
Requests for return authorizations after 30 days from day of receipt will be refused.
If the terms above have been met, all you have to do is e-mail us at email@example.com with your name, original order number, and the reason for return. We will send you a Return Authorization via email to be printed and included with the returned product. This is to guarantee that your account is credited properly. It is recommended that you insure your return parcel in case of loss or damage.
